I Corinthians 2:9 "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him." (King James Version) I Corinthians 2:9 "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him." (New International Version)
"No eye has seen. No mind has conceived." I'm reminded of the story in Samuel of how David was preparing to go into battle. He asked God if he should...God's answer: Yes, surely you will win the victory. I wonder if David had any idea that battle was going to be hard fought. It lasted 24 hours with the men being exhausted and some of the enemy even escaping. Yet, God was true to His word. They won the battle.

I think God intentionally makes us clueless to the future so we can trust Him and just rely on Him. Remember that old saying - I don't know what the future holds, but I know who holds the future! I'm thankful today that God has a perfect plan and that I can't see it. I'm thankful for that move from
You know, when we obey God, He gives us so much more than we need, so much more than we deserve, and definitely more than we could ever ask or think. He gives exceedingly abundantly.
(Ephesians 3:20) He may take us through tough times, but when we come through them, we learn more about Him and His faithfulness to us. Love Him. Trust Him. We have no clue what good things He has planned for our future, and for that, I’m thankful!
